Returns or Exchanges
At Candle Occasions, Inc., we strive to provide the best products and services for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note, there is a $10.00 return postage fee, which you can either have deducted from your refund or pay your own shipping. The item must be in unopened, undamaged, and unused condition. If an item is defective when sold it may be exchanged for another item. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable.
To return or exchange your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mycandleoccasions.com. Please provide your order number and details for a smooth exchange process.
If your request is approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Customized Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for exchanges for customized or personalized candle orders once they have been processed.
